because the way he acts is an ott queeny whiney mess. how many 'straight' men act that way? he's just an annoying super flamboyant gay guy, which is what most gay guys are portrayed to be like irl, when they arent. What Michelle was saying was that she hates the fact that she's tried to prove that gay people are just like everyone else, and then Perez has to go and be some annoying, little **** and influence some people into thinking that gay men are like that.

By some, I mean people who aren't used to having sane gay people in their lives. If someone doesn't have a gay person in their lives and maybe hasn't even met a gay person, then of course they will think that they are like what they see on TV. It's sad, but it's true.

Caitlin you know I'm not a massive fan of people like this usually as I find it overbearing, but I'm not going to go out of my way to actually hate people like this despite what I joke about. The fact is there are people like this in the "community", so? It's who they are. Why should they feel bad for it, and why should we make them? That is oppressive and is not what LGBT is actually about, it's about everyone who falls into that group, regardless of their personality.

I don't care about people who actually are like this, because they are real. Perez isn't. All he wants is camera time and he doesn't care who he upsets. But my point is you do get people like this in the "community". We both know this. They act up as that is their personality trait.

Just Michelle going for the low-blow out of frustration. Nobody can get Perez to change his social conduct in the house so Michelle is trying to make him feel guilty by using her position as a drag-queen judge as if that somehow makes her protector of the gays. Remember her talking about how the contestants on that show were her children and she had to help them grow? I guess she thinks her show is somehow representative of all gay culture and therefore gay people are weak and need her help. Not impressed at all.

Oh nice post. I was chatting to a gay friend today about her outburst and he said, "How dare she think its okay to speak on my behalf as though I need her protection...F-ck her. He's not acting like a deranged queer, he's acting like a deranged person and his sexuality has nothing to do with this".
