Just Michelle going for the low-blow out of frustration. Nobody can get Perez to change his social conduct in the house so Michelle is trying to make him feel guilty by using her position as a drag-queen judge as if that somehow makes her protector of the gays. Remember her talking about how the contestants on that show were her children and she had to help them grow? I guess she thinks her show is somehow representative of all gay culture and therefore gay people are weak and need her help. Not impressed at all.
