tbf a lot of people who happily slag off their own country and countrymen feel uncomfortable when someone else does it. Reminds me of a moment in CBB6 when Tommy Sheridan constantly badmouthed America and La Toya Jackson didn't like it being said in her company. Of course she knew America had problems but it still hit a raw nerve for her because, for better or worse, it was her country. It might be considered quite primitive patriotism but I do believe she didn't like Perez talking sh*t about the British public. Admittedly she made a comment about stereotypical Americans tonight but in the same vein Katie suddenly realised she was next to Cami and that it wasn't appropriate to badmouth her country while sitting next to her, for once she actually apologised for that
