How can you lobby your local council if its a private car park? As far as filming incidents like this, I think he would of been far better just saying something but imo too many people walk by silly cows like her and grumble under their breath but don't have the courage to say anything.

Even if the car park is on private ground and even if a prosecution would not be possible (although the company who owns the ground can fine people for parking in disabled bays) people should have enough morals and decency not to park in a disabled bay specifically marked out for people who struggle to get around. Who knows which of us will need one of those bays in the future?

Oh I think you would find that if this ever went to a British court, the judge would be very much on the side of the camera man!
