I think it is a good point about exteme dieting or over eating but badly thought out and unworkable as it would penalise those who literally are unable to control their weight due to mental or medical problems.

The panel were discussing how shops and companies are springing up making clothes for the larger woman/girl trendy. Does it normalise obesity etc..so she did have a valid opinion, however, that is all it is, her opinion.
There was a documentary on last night showing what big business it is now (pardon the pun). Very interesting, personally I think it is a great idea, the confidence these size 24 and above girls had showing their bodies was amazing.

Of course obesity is a big problem and especially obesity in children and teenagers but I don't see how giving these people nothing to wear is going to help? Most likely it will make them feel worse about themselves and make the problem worse. How about thinking about an actual solution like making health and exercise more of a priority in schools?
