Pretty much this.

If I'm home alone I will put most of the lights on in the house I'm such a coward.

And I don't like being outside in the dark, there is a rough neighborhood near where I live.

When I go to bed I usually keep the tv on but set up like a sleep timer for it to turn off at a certain time
