They can use an inoffensive generic excuse for nominating her or they could use a highly personal, nasty reason for nominating her. Either way, she will still get nominated. I know which I would prefer her to get.

but as a society we have laws against ageism, sexism, racism, etc... and at the very least BB shouldn't let someone be nominated due to discrimination such as these,

Cristian is one of the best looking guys in there though and it didn't help him any considering he got the most nominations
