I'm with you Niamh, people of different generations will be treated diferently, Its life, Eileen is 2.5 times the age of Cristian

They can use an inoffensive generic excuse for nominating her or they could use a highly personal, nasty reason for nominating her. Either way, she will still get nominated. I know which I would prefer her to get.
