It won't be axed this year I think I think we'll definitely be tuning in for BB17 but after that I can't honestly say I'm too sure about Civillian BB's future on C5. If ratings continue to decline this series and next series then the show will be axed. I think if we get another high performing series like BB14 next year or ratings increase this year (I can't honestly see it happening it could but I'm not sure).
CBB will stick around for quite a few years to come even beyond 2018 probably it always does well in the ratings for C5 and it's their main flagship show they put much more thought, effort and time into it over Civillian BB.
Basically it was:
BB was better on C4 than C5 and they put more focus into that
CBB is better on C5 than C4 and they put more focus into that
