I can't believe you don't know the difference between someone throwing a few names around and another who uses threatening physical violence. Marc has already said that he avoids Harry and yet she goes out of her way to goad him like a dog being prodded by a sharp stick. She desperately wants Marc out of the house because he knows her game and she doesn't know how to handle him. and Marc didn't "run" from Danny at all. No need to exaggerate.
