While I don't understand why anyone would be a fan of him, that's not the problem, the way I see It is, I can't see how anyone can proclaim to have respect for women, yet appreciate, laugh at, or support the things he says about/to women at the same time

I don't support all of the things he says, the STI thing was out of order, as was his fantasy of penetrating Sam and making her cry, but with Marc I mainly support the fact that he's pissing people off, causing an atmosphere and making enemies than the things he's actually saying. It's not the comments I support, but the impact he's having is what makes him a good housemate IMO. And I totally don't buy into the argument that he is a bully, that to me is ludicrous

Actually that's a very good point. Now I liked Dick (lul) but the Jen incident and his general treatment of the houseguests was and is far worse than anything Marc has ever done or said, so...I'm pretty sure this whole lack of respect for women argument could be applied here also
