It's ok to betray a confidence if a person you care about/are friends with, or have a strong alliance to are going to be negatively affected.
I think what Nikki did to Jack was cruel, and i'm glad Danny told him.
BB never holds anything in confidence and all housemates are showing what people are like in real life.
We make alliances, we break confidences, we gossip and we're two faced, we can be mean but then we can be nice.
It could be said that Marc has betrayed Nikki by revealing her secret.
