I suppose, maybe I just find them interesting. Danny appears to me, inside the house as a guy who wants to appear to be the 'nice, normal bloke' whilst Marc consistently insists on never upsetting anyone.
I think it is pretty telling that they are trying to keep this persona whilst they are clearly aware of the type of things they say and do!
The pair of them are clearly game playing! Like a four year old pretending they didn't eat the cookie with chocolate 'round their mouths!

(I agree, it is grim though and has been all series long)
