Having worked in a supermarket, I can guarantee that there will be uproar about this and then people will just work the hours because it's better than getting sacked
![]() The supermarkets will be able to make the staff work the Sunday night hours because of the clause in all retail contracts that says something like "you may be asked to work extra hours to suit the needs of the business." You kind of can't get out that.
