He is on BB series, there are many things that happen in a BB series that could be morally wrong.

Had he made an issue and left the house on this one,I can just see all the threads and comments deriding him as a quitter.

He did make a stand, he refused to vote and he could have got punished for that, however he 'stood solidly by his decision' not to do so,something not one of the others chose to do, showing how desperate they are for that prize fund to increase again.
No consideration at all for Sams feelings.

What happened in this disgraceful eviction of Sam last night, spoke,in my view, volumes negatively about all the others and said nothing at all as to Joel.

No, because that's not what a politician should be. It's what modern politicians have become and they will no doubt cause more riots in this country soon.

With all due respect, I get it. You despise Joel not so much for his gameplay but because his TYPE strikes a nerve.

Nope. Why would anyone attack him for that?

How? It was meant to be a joint decision. He was in no danger of getting into trouble whatsoever. Had BB got each person to stand up and vote and he refused then maybe...

No, what they showed consideration for were the rules of the show they signed up to. Joel on the other hand saw an opportunity to promote himself and smear the others who did do what they were being told to do. But when it comes down to taking his protest against the people ultimately responsible for what happened, he won't do a thing. Infact he will happily stay on their show and desperately try to win it himself.

How did it speak volumes about the others? They did what Zoe and Pav did last year. They did what they were asked to do by the production team. Now if you and Joel have a problem with that, then it is the production team you should take your complaints to. Instead, you just use it as an opportunity to slag off Danny and co. and promote Joel. As I said... Utterly self serving.

Not really. I had previously praised Joel for independence of mind. But that was so obviously a slimeball move I went right off him altogether.

BB said if they didn't make a decision there would be financial consequences, the others all voted to avoid that.

Joel was left sidelined by his stand, which I still applaud, therefore after the rest had complied but he did not, he could have found himself getting some punishment.

BB could not then touch the prize money as they made a decision and voted, Joel however did not, still making his stand against the eviction, so could have left himself open to some other punishment, no matter how daft, small or whatever.

So, you're basing this off his recent decisions which you find hypocritical? If that's the case, I can understand some of your disdain. I still feel he's been far less hypocritical and phoney than the rest. If anything, to me he's been the most consistent in gameplay and on a personal level towards others.

But of course, it's all subjective. We all have our bias.

Joel is, hands down, best game player in there and thank god theres one left....he's playing em all off one by one and they're all too stupid to be a match for him so they just spit and snarl and shout....and expose themselves for the exact same thing he's trying to expose them for...he's a really annoying little game player, like Marc was, and i love it....
The other game players are not in same league...Chloe's Victim card, Dannys Hero card...its just not clever enough

Joel isn't playing them. He's playing the viewers. They all see through him.

Priming him to make him win ?...last I heard they were priming Danny ....oh no I forget they were priming Marc ....its all a complete load of bollox...Some people don't deserve BB and the work they put into to entertaining us all summer .....There are no conspiracies. ....its not MI5. ..and if you actually believe the rubbish you're saying then why on earth are you wasting your time watching the show ? Why don't all the bitter moaning people who think they're being conned just clear off and watch Judge Judy ...and leave those of us who have respect for the people who work so hard creating the show each week, to talk to intelligent people instead

I don't usually like Joel but he went up in my estimations last night. What Joel said was totally spontaneous. He was the only person who was shocked at the unfairness of it.

Yes, Danny totally manipulated that vote, it was horrible to watch.
