To play devil's avocado, this was taken before the holocaust so they didn't actually know just how extreme the Nazis were going to get.
On the other hand - let me just put it this way - had Germany conquered the UK and eventually the world, the Royals would have been just fine. Not saying they supported them or would have wanted it, just that they would have fared OK. |
