Not with Turkey I don't think because of the points Livia raises but it's already happening between Iran and the Saudis if you look at the conflict in Yemen atm. Things are only to be tenser now as well after the signing of the nuclear agreement with Iran which the Saudis are treating as the West siding with Shias in the Middle East's sectarian war
