Not with Turkey I don't think because of the points Livia raises but it's already happening between Iran and the Saudis if you look at the conflict in Yemen atm. Things are only to be tenser now as well after the signing of the nuclear agreement with Iran which the Saudis are treating as the West siding with Shias in the Middle East's sectarian war

I'm of the opinion that the nuclear deal with Iran is an exercise in teaching Saud Arabia a lesson for their refusal to budge in the oil market and also has the added benefit of swatting Netanyahu for being a pain in the arse, politically speaking, for the last few years. Obama's legacy is going to be an interesting one to analyse in the years to come.
