Purchasing drugs is certainly nothing compared to running a drug ring as Chloe's family did.

Prostitution persay is not illegal. It is only illegal if the woman solicits or if she works from a premises with 2 or more people.

But even if her prostitution was illegal, it does not compare with trying to ruin a mans life.
