Exactly. I think there's been a lot of patronizing towards Gail because of her condition and appearance. I read a comment about her looking like an overgrown baby, which I know is someone just trying to be funny, but people do sometimes talk about her as if she's a child - and this thread title says it all really, that Gail should act cute (and childlike) because that's how she looks, when in fact she's a 44 year old woman who is entitled to all the same emotions and outbursts as anyone else would have in a stressful situation.
