Situation: You are shopping with a friend and you pull a jumper off the rail and say 'what an ugly jumper' your friend then says 'i bought this jumper last week!'
Don't: Tell her she always had shocking taste in fashion! Do: Pretend you just got an urgent call on your phone and have to leave immediately
