considering the rate Putin has ramped things up and his ZERO ****s given about the rest of the world, i wouldn't be shocked if he nuked Kiev tomorrow. He really is acting like a man that has no ****s to give.

Yeah, that's what worries me. Putin thinks he is free to do whatever he likes and at the moment, he pretty much is. If he joined up with the rest of the world trying to fight IS and bring about the end of the conflict in Syria it'd be a great coup... sadly he's got his own agenda.
