Well to be fair here Glenn there's people that haven't been away from the forum at all that have been just as vile both on and offsite and I have personally witnessed this happening.

People do change, some make mistakes that they do regret afterwards, and we feel that some people deserve a second chance.

And I would also like to point out that a lot of pack mentality I have noticed lately hasn't been coming from members that were previously banned in fact some have never been banned at all.
