If they have to prove someone is a rapist, then you should also have to prove that they were lying. how will you prove that they are lying?
how can you prove someone is lying???
it's just as hard to prove that they were lying as it is to prove that they were raped.
this is why so many rapists get away with it, because there is never enough evidence, it's always just he said/she said.

Indeed. You can't charge the woman with anything - or in my opinion, even assume that she IS lying - without proof. You just have to accept that the truth remains unknown.
If, for example, some concrete evidence for example was to come to light then it MIGHT be a different story - say for example, someone was accused of raping someone "last tuesday" but then CCTV footage of them at a hotel in another country every day that week was shown...
But not very often that you get things like that happening. The vast majority of rape accusations go without anyone ever being charged. Plenty of those will have been guilty men walking free. Like Neem, I'm not saying that this is what has happened in this case, just that it's simply untrue to say that it doesn't happen and like I said above - you just have to accept that the women MIGHT be lying, but still MIGHT NOT, and so definitely should not be punished for coming forward.
