you would think, muslims so concerned about fragile women they need to be covered, if someone breaks in, how would she defend herself against a thug? shouldn't it be the men that stay behind to defend?

That makes no sense to me. the men should go to disneyland and enjoy frivolity, but the woman should defend the castle?
