I would say a lot moreso Joey when you consider the amount of cars on the road, I am an ex smoker , I gave up 11 years ago now , but if people want to smoke that is up to them , and if they are smoking outside ,I see no problem as while we have cars , lorries etc , we wont be any healthier.

Exactly. and as you say if people still want to smoke so what.
Surely a public place is a public place and as long as nothing illegal is being done, why any need for extra laws,especially ones that would prohibit an actual legal act anyway.
