LF is on way too late mid week, I hate missing it waa. I actually think I'd probably get on ok with John, he's alright mostly, there was just those two incidents that made me dislike him, nominating Darren and trying to get Tiffany to leave the house. Gemma would wreck my head though, can't stand that loud mouthed, arrogant arsehole

Same. I always record live feed and watch it the next day. It's been very good so far. Poor John, listening to Gemma droning on. I felt his pain!

I hear you and I can see how people read that situation but I see it from his position....Jon and David found Angie in a terrible state, she was upset and in shock...they both promised to take care of her and keep things calm in the house, then David took to his sick bed which left John the sole person responsible for Angies care, he never asked to be placed in that position...when Tiffany kicked off so ridiculously and then proceeded to attack Angie how was John supposed to react ? He was the only one who remained calm and who explained calmly to Tiffany exactly what the real situation was....when she ignored that explanation he then dealt with her in a much firmer way.....Tiffany was hysterical,she was also in shock, no one could reason with her and no one else other than John stood up to protect Angie....BB should have intervened immediately and so should the other housemates....no one took charge and some one really needed to and that someone was John....personally I respect him for it.
And for the others who know all this and witnessed all this who then stood by and did nothing when Megan was drunk and attacking him, well shame on them ....everything John did that day was totally about respect for Angie and protecting Angie

Yep, this! I am the only one of my friends who actually likes him. A natural leader always appears, he thought he was speaking for the house, he thought he was being the house daddy, but they all turned on him like a pack of wolves (and the public followed). I really don't have a problem with him, and actually like him! Gemma is coming across awful. They were slagging him and Kristina off the other day for talking. WTF? It's not 'boring', it's called having an adult discussion and, tbh, I would much rather sit there having a 'boring chat' than running round throwing food or talc or shaving foam or whatever at someone else for airtime.

Backing John 100%. My favourite in there! Respect!

You & I usually like the same HM's but I really can't take to John.
I just find him super sneaky.
I've tried to like him but I just can't.

Aww ta for noticing me, didn't think I was here very often lol I didn't like him that much to start with, but if you take away the 'sneaky' thought, and maybe replace it with 'what if he is being honest and I've had that put in my head by Gemma...', you can turn it around lol! I really, honestly, hand on heart can't see what everyone's going on about - and I'm usually pretty astute with people. Yes, he did try to take control of a situation and I don't think it was the right decision to say Tiffany should leave, but I too have changed my opinion on her. Couldn't stand the girl. But she's up there with John for me now - happy if either win. That page of GIFs of her has had me cracking up this morning!

Please tell me you don't like Megan / Stephanie! Arghh! Awful!
