That's probably a fairly accurate assessment of her personality. She isn't very well educated but she is bright enough to promote herself as a brand and bring in some cash. She probably doesn't really run her business, someone else who is smarter most likely does the work.

You have hit the nail on the head. Essex is all about the "flash" . Not many of the cast of Towie are intelligent in the respect of basic knowledge of life, but because they wear "Dolce and Gabbana" they think they are better than other people. Gemma may have a shop but she is not often in it, and if she treats people who DO ALL HER WORK in the way she is seen to treat people in CBB then she no doubt has a huge staff turnover. Cant believe that she wont participate in tasks for the rest of the house, but will for immunity, strange she got the golden mask, it could be fixed, but that will always be denied. Megan did not deserve to go, Gemma the Hutt did!
