He won't do very well and I think he'll struggle to get roles. And now he won't even be able to return to EastEnders.
Ben Hardy seems to be doing well though as he's now part of the X-Men franchise. |

Didn't Nick's son kill himself by jumping off the bridge?

Hasn't he landed the lead part in the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie?

I think it’s because of the fear that tackling the issue may push an already emotionally unstable person to the brink and lead to reckless emulation by those who might regard it as some glamorous ideal. I don’t think anyone’s asking for such an irresponsible portrayal but, rather, a well-crafted, gritty depiction of a person taking a few knocks in life and reaching an end-state of utter despair. No one would be happy with a flippant, “life fast, die young” suicide storyline but a hard-hitting portrayal of a severely ill person who simply can’t cope anymore, and showing the utter depths of agony and hopelessness inflicted on both the victim and the loved ones forced to pick up the pieces in the aftermath, would be a perfect portrayal, in my opinion, and could even alert some to the warning signs of suicidal behavior in those they know, potentially saving them from the abyss. Executed thoroughly and with dedication and commitment, of course. The current team and this current style of block storytelling would probably create too many holes in the plot. I know not every character can be at the forefront 24/7 but it’d be far more effective to see a progressive deterioration rather than someone who showed no former signs of depression or mental illness at large suddenly decide to top themselves. The above I’d ten times rather see than some school kid wack his sister to death with a jewelry box and half the square perfectly content to let an innocent man rot in prison or another tedious love triangle. But I doubt they’d be able to pull it off these days. |

So is Lee still attempting suicide, or has the whole idea been scrapped altogether?

Jacqueline wants to come back, she's been off for over a year. I wonder if they extended her leave because she came back for a few weeks in September.

I wonder if they're waiting until Jake's leave is over so she comes back to get him out of prison. I can't see her willingly living on the square whilst her dad is in prison for something he didn't do.

I'm guessing all of this stuff with Whitney will affect him when he finds out about her kissing Mick. |

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we had a Tanya full time return too.
