Boiled egg and soldiers, frying them is a skill, poaching them annoys me, egg and mayo sarnie yum..egg mcmuffins my all time treat.

Agree. Boiled an egg the other day and there was dry blood inside. Had I not cut it in half I would have eaten that. Also when I crack an egg I always remove that white stringy residue on the yolk.

I love eggs, but I know what you mean about the 'white stringy residue' Cee Cee - when I was at school some of my schoolmates believed that was 'Cockerel Sperm' and would not touch eggs because of it.
