Because in their culture, women are not equal and white women who are not Muslim are lower than the lowest. They've imagined they can bring their archaic culture here. But we don't want it.
Of course white men rape and they should be punished. But denying the inherent misogyny and racism of these Pakistani "men" though, is not helpful.
