I can't figure out what he's doing at all to be honest . I think downing Street would love us to believe that it's simply all about party divisions that have formed over Europe, because that would only potentially reflect on unity and leadership, not their ability to run things domestically... But I'm increasingly feeling like it can't possibly be that simple. It's all very... Odd. I dunno. I think maybe he looks like a guy whose just woken up one morning and said "You know what? **** it." and opened a can of worms for breakfast.
