Default Arms hurting when sneezing?
So its been happening for a while but I'm full of cold right now so its happening more and more.

Every time I sneeze I get pains down both of my arms. Its like cramp but the pain is unbearable.

Does anyone else get this?

Have you been overdoing it at the gym maybe? Don't be worrying but best to mention it to the doc prob when your cold has cleared.

Sounds like muscle spasm you probably tweaked something when you lifted that matchbox, better to go to your GP, although it may be that your pain is exacerbated by the cold, it hasn't stopped you posting so I diagnose you will live
