The Canadian pride brothers

They don't have an actual dislike of other countries or people from other countries to actually be xenophobic. They loved Tim & Nikki throughout. It just became an angle in the game when Tim became their target for game reasons.

Kelsey telling Joel he's going to stay and has her & the brothers' votes for sure.

I guess she or the brothers could change their mind before the end of the week but this is good news to hear.

Tim became their target primarily because 'we want a Canadian winning Big Brother Canada', yes he is also a threat but that's the main reason and is also the main reason they stupidly put the so-called 'foreigners' in Tim and Nikki up together when it should've been Tim and Cass

Wanting someone to lose because they aren't from your country is xenophobic, and this applies to them and any fans who think the same. The person who wins should be the person who played the best game, not who is Canadian

Wish I could find a gif of Joel popping the champagne bottle on the first night.

The thing is, they wanted to go to the end with Tim/Nikki for the longest time in the game. So they just became xenophobic midway through the game? It doesn't make sense. They turned on the internationals for game reasons.

And Tim was clearly their target for game reasons first (realizing what he was trying to do the week they were HOH if not a bit before that - before the countries argument started coming up).

I don't ever recall them wanting to go to the end with them, and more to the point - if it was for game reasons that they turned on them (which is fair and understandable), why the 'a Canadian should win' esque comments? Why not just be honest and say that they don't trust them in the game anymore?

The brothers had been making such comments way before they ever turned on Tim and it is out and out xenophobia. Anyone who thinks that someone doesn't deserve to or shouldn't win a reality show because of their nationality is being xenophobic. This isn't the Olympics

To be honest, i'd be very happy to see Joel go home this week if it means Cassandra is kept safe

idk, I'm not nearly as stressed about this end game as some people are. I'd love if Kelsey or Cassandra won and I'd be fine if Joel won. The brothers have no chance lol so the only bad option for me is Tim :3

I agree with this. If Tim wins after Nikki was evicted for not being Canadian will kinda suck and stink of double standards :S

Agreed. I want Cass to stay so badly but it seems nearly impossible because of dumb/stubborn brothers and Kelsey

I definitely wouldn't count the brothers out, against Cass they have a fighting chance. Kelsey, Jared, Raul and Maddy's votes definitely go to them, she would have Tim, Joel, Nikki and probably Canada's and Mitch would be the swing vote and the problem she has is that as viewers we know what great a game she's played, but she's going to have a very hard time demonstrating that to the jury.

More to the point - I don't understand why anyone would want the brothers anywhere near F2. I'm more actively rooting against them than I am rooting for anyone at this point, it's like BB15 all over again

But when you consider the possible permutations of the next few rounds anything could happen! F4 always comes down to the Veto, if Tim and Joel/Cass control HoH and that, the brothers go. If they win one and not the other, there's a good chance Kelsey and the brothers are set for F2 and another Freakshow member goes. I also think the jury vote this season could be the closest ever dependent on what the pairing is

There's plenty that can still happen

That's not really his fault though and let's be honest Nikki was never going to win

Tim's talking **** about Cassandra to the brothers and Kelsey.

He also said that Joel deserves to go up in private convo with Kelsey.

I think the only hope now is that Joel gets voted out, but it'll be very hard for Cass to get that to happen and Kelsey seems to be her only hope

Sounds like Cass has applied for BBCAN multiple times AND made it to finals for BBCAN3. Superfan queen

Cass is pushing too hard on Tim, I think her best move is just to allow Tim to use it on himself and do everything she possibly can to convince Kelsey to save her over Joel.

Feeds back, Joel is up and he's crying. Sounds like something big went down at the ceremony (again! ) and he was exposed

Also it was really weird, I had the viewer open on my desktop and was browsing the internet, had a quick glance at the 'feeds down' screen and then two seconds later they bring them back
