The last part of your post has pretty much answered why your initial comment was wrong. Like, no offence (because I do like you) but it really felt like a childish response trying to get at someone in particular because they were right about something.

Eh? There's more than one person who thought Michele was going to win based on the edit, and this isn't the only board I visit...

It's just an annoying part of the fandom that's all, like I don't understand people's obsessions with spoilers for anything at the best of times (why would you want to ruin a show for yourself, that's so stupid to me ) but actively trying to decode the edit in a bid to work out who wins is even worse...why not just watch the season for what it is? On an episode basis as a passing comment sure, but quite frankly if it's as successful as its proponents claim it is then really it's a spoiler and I have no desire to see it, whether it's here, Sucks, Reddit, Twitter, wherever. I did enough unintentional reading of edits and camera shots on TV shows when I studied Media at A Level without now ending up doing the same thing years later when I watch Survivor

The racists and homophobes thing really should go without saying, that's just pedantic
