If saying you "would ****" someone is'nt consent then what is?
He will have obviously heard what she said by now,that's why she announced it to everyone....So he would know and that gives him even more reason to believe she wants him.She was leading him on even before that.Then Andy brought it up and she changed her tune straight away so she does'nt look like a mucktub.
She's an attention seeker and she's playing games with him.Her backtracking like that again when they are getting into it for real could get him in alot of trouble.
Best thing to do with attention *****s like her is to not give them any attention.He should stay away from her and enjoy himself and i guarantee if he does she'll be getting all upset and pissed off with him cos he's not playing her game and she'll go running back to him within a day.
Birds like her are ten a penny and i've seen it a thousand times.
