Hughie's comments are not what I would ever think from what someone's wearing, but it's obviously first impressions that he obviously can have on people.

I don't really form an impression of what people wear, I may think something along the lines of 'well I wouldn't wear it or I'm not fond of that colour or even damn that dress is ugly as sin' but I don't tend to judge the person wearing it especially not as a tramp or a slag
