All hail the Moyesiah

Well I sort of agree with him about the 'contagious mourning' that has beset the nation. Its not the result that Cameron wanted but having called this referendum there is some responsibility on the government to have prepared for this outcome given that they have the machinery of the civil service, public funds etc. at their disposal. Cameron might be going but its too important a time for him to just be a lame duck gripped by lethargy, he does need to be acting now and exploring how we can make the most out of this result.

Couldn't Boris have used his column for some good by setting out what the government should be doing at this point rather than point scoring? As Head of the leave campaign he is best placed to know how the country should be moving forward, once again he has shown utter contempt for the people who just two weeks ago he was sharing pints with and in some cases coerced into voting out.
