I would argue that all civil rights issues should be looked at equally, but I get where you're coming from. There are matters that are perpetuated due to certain things are going on (and are highlighted in the media) in the world, but this story kinda proves that homophobia will always be a (even if it is, slight) issue.

I see what you mean, and I agree that Biphobia is a problem as even the LGBT community seems to be more split on that issue than I realised.
It's a shame really at how prejudice is still such a thing in the world, in particular with homophobia as I know someone really close to me that is gay and I'd never want anything to happen to him just for being gay.
