6. I'm not that arsed though. I usually watch the first auditions then don't watch again until judges houses.

9 or 10 tbh - it looks like Simon's made the right changes this year + this panel on paper is my favourite one yet! Just hope it doesn't disappoint.

Went with 8. As irritating as the show can get, it's sort of an autumn tradition for me now and it would feel weird not watching it, it's just one of the things I've come to associate with it

The arena auditions being scrapped finally is great and might help bring back a bit of the old spark at least, and I'm excited for Nicole's return.

Sharon being back is a drawback but you can't have it all

Yes 10 weeks of live shows this year with 13 contestants so we only have to have one double elimination at the end before the final

(3 contestants for each judge and then the usual wild card twist for one judge who will have 4)

I'm pretty confident that we'll get the usual 10 weeks this time round, as the decrease in live shows was a major factor as to why Dermot left. (Or so I heard)

I think they only cut it because iirc ITV were showing the Rugby World Cup at the time and it clashed, so they should be going back to 10 weeks this year
