I can't speak for all of his fans and the reasons that they vote for him - but yeah I do. He's the kind of person I think I'd get on with irl and would be a joy to be around. He comes across as honest and genuine and he's always got a positive and happy aura about him and is up for having a laugh. He appears to be very caring towards his friends too.

Personally I think he's the most ingenuine housemate ever and I'm not sure what you mean by happy aura considering people tense up and feel uncomfortable when he approaches them.. And considering he laughed in the face of Lewis when Heavy was clearly irritating him suggests your last sentence is incorrect too..

Um yeh, sorry Aubrey feels that way about you! It could have been a spur of the moment thing that she said in angst but I think she probably assumed people were laughing at him, not with him, just because of how unlikable he is.. unlikable in the conventional sense of the word.. Its a bit different from the other side of the TV perhaps.

Positive people with 'happy auras' don't go out of their way to make other people miserable and enjoy doing so. He is bitter and twisted.
