The woman has pneumonia,no wonder she almost collapsed into the car, and 'not' the gutter at all.

I had Pneumonia at 13 and it was only found I had it when I collapsed in the classroom, it isn't something to be mocked.

She did well to actually get through most of the day, the time she would have to stand for the memorial service, suffering from that.
