What actually happens if she has to withdraw for poor health? I'm assuming that Trump doesn't just win by default as that would be entirely ridiculous... So does the second most popular candidate stand instead of her? Is it a "running mate" scenario? Or do they have to have a whole new round of voting .

...this was from a bit earlier on in the candidacy campaign obviously but is quite funny in places...

..I don't know though about Trump V Sanders, whether that would be a good scenario..Trump will always trump Bernie in playing the media and that seems to have been and is a big part of it all this time...I feel as though the only person who stands any chance of beating Trump would be Hilary because she is so 'establishment politics'...

I am not sure it would automatically be Bernie taking over just like that if Hillary had to withdraw.
Perhaps a member from the USA could enlighten us.

Not that I think it matters anyway as she is not likely to be doing so.

The woman has pneumonia,no wonder she almost collapsed into the car, and 'not' the gutter at all.

I had Pneumonia at 13 and it was only found I had it when I collapsed in the classroom, it isn't something to be mocked.

She did well to actually get through most of the day, the time she would have to stand for the memorial service, suffering from that.

In fact, he's the least transparent presidential nominee in modern times. Unlike every other modern-era nominee, he hasn't disclosed his tax returns. His own letter from his doctor -- remember him? -- was more than lacking. And Trump's campaign has gone of its way to skirt any kind of protective pool of the press. So as we demand important transparency from the Clinton campaign, we should demand just as much transparency from Team Trump. Don't forget: If he wins, Trump would the oldest first-term president in U.S. history. (Clinton would be second oldest, after Reagan.)

There should be sympathy for anyone with health problems , the problem is how much clinton and her team cover these things up. Trump needs to really be careful how he handles this. He needs to avoid mocking or sneering, which hes managed to do so far. There is one rather untouched aspect to this though, in an attempt to look healthy and back to normal hilary came out of her daughters flat and hugged a child. in what some claim was a staged event, pneumonia can be contagious
