Roast beef. (Great gravy)
Roast pork.(good dripping for the stuffing balls)
Roast turkey.( because the pesky daughter threatens not to come home unless there is roast turkey on Xmas day.

Our Xmas day is this Sunday..dinner, presents the lot, daughter then goes back home and partners family for the actual Xmas day.
We get to do it all over again the Sunday after but probably do a roast gammon.

Chicken probably, with beef or ham. We've had goose/duck in the past which are the best Xmas meats <3

Turkey is overrated. It's dry and bland af no matter what you do with it.

Duck, i think. If not Duck, Turkey. Karelia roast, maybe. Cow/bovine/beef roast. Couple of little ham/pork roasts as well. Maybe salmon.

I only eat like a slice of two of them at most + some vegetables/sauce and bread. With vichy or water as the drink.
