For anyone who can't see the video... James visibly jumps / flinches too so he definitely "got him" .

I have to wonder if they spoke to James about it and he's told them he's not arsed ( ) / doesn't want anything to be done about it. But I do think it's true that if it had been done to a girl, it would have been an ejection no questions asked.

Just watched it again, he shows his finger to Nicola, ( why is she getting off scott free she instigated the whole prank) then pokes James on the bottom, I don't think that is sexual assault, harassment maybe but it was dark and he was no where near his anus, but maybe that was due to luck more than judgement !

I can't watch the vid as my computer is a dick, but from the screengrabs it kinda looks like he is knuckle deep in James buttcrack..

I actually think it's slightly prejudiced to assume that he WAS being homophobic . It literally didn't cross my mind that he was referring to him being gay when he said that. Just that he was warning him that he's messing with someone who is going to bite back .

I just rewatched it, I wasnt expecting it to be as bad as it was because of how little people picked up on it, but there was a direct attempt to place his finger between his cheeks and that is ejection worthy imo, I could have forgave the kick, but with the new added context of Austin going out of his way to invade, it just looks so much more sinister.

My granddaughter had a lesson in school when she was 6 ,and was told the "Private areas" you should never be touched " where Austin touched James is one of those areas

Oh yes, my sister's kids are around the same age and they've been talking about it in school too. I know kids need to report such things but I can't help but be sad that they're being educated about such things and their innocence is being lost. When I was a kid I was playing hopscotch and dancing around with skipping ropes. I never even knew the correct named for our private parts until I was around 10 or 11.

Totally agree, and Nicola was as bad encouraging it ,and Im an Austin fan ,but what he did was out of order and a sex attack

True, even if he did "miss the target" the intention is still pretty clear, and that's surely what matters. That he thought it was even vaguely OK .
