I've now just finished the episode and the last few minutes have me utterly convinced of this tbh. From when she's trying to get past the security woman, saying "excuse me" (I don't think in that moment she realised it was security there for her) and then the whole bit where they're walking up the stairs ("Oh luvvie " "These people" "they're making my life hell"). It looks EXACTLY like dementia. I think they need to remove her, ASAP, not for the affect on the show but for her own health and because frankly it's so exploitative that it's just straight up repulsive.
