only problem is the dentist did explain something about salt water to me but I was too dazed from the anaesthetic to really take into account what she was actually saying. My mum's going to ring tomorrow and find out what she said and when I should've taken it.

OMG I feared I'd accidentally knocked the clot out before with a tissue but my mum just looked and it turned out I hadn't. I'd honestly break down if I got a Dry Socket.
