Well it's not though.
I don't think she's horrible, can she say horrible things? yes she can, but so can everybody, proven by this forum on a daily basis, but I think on the whole that she's a nice woman who has a short fuse and let's her mouth run away with her.

And it's that short fuse and running mouth that prevents her from being lovely.

Lovely people tend to be able to control themselves, especially in their 30s.

It's like saying "Apart from killing people that serial killer was a lovely guy" Yeah, ok, but it's those dead bodies preventing him from being labelled "lovely".
