There's reasons why so many conservative minded people and republicans were vehemently opposed to Trump's candidacy and a large part of that was likely the damage he'd do to the Right Wing with his incompetence. People are more likely to see the 'Alt Right' and Donald Trump as being indicative of all republicans and right leaning people which obviously isn't true but will damage the Republicans regardless.

Trump won't likely have the masses to fall back on in the next election (if he makes it that far) since his stance on the Affordable Care act and his favouritism towards the 1% flies in the face of why people voted for him. Trump will likely be a stain on the republicans for years after he leaves office and unless the Democrats **** up royally then I wouldn't expect to see another Republican president for quite a while.
If the left keeps carrying on like this, with riots and attacking innocent people, then Trump will be in for two term's.

The left is going about it the wrong way. USA is on the verge of civil war if they don't stop.

They need to fight back with ideas, not violence.
