Coffee and 2 digestives for breakfast.
2 malted grain buns with tuna and mayo paste ( buttered) for lunch.
Wedge of Xmas cake and coffee teatime.

Just sat here with the waft of lamb koftas from the kitchen, daughter is doing Greek salad, chips and koftas for dinner, I will resist the chips.
